Think の意味は「意見を持っている」
think を使って、意見や考えを持つことについて話すことができます。この場合、通常は継続形を使用しません。

Think の意味は「計画または決定を行う」
think of または think about を使用して、計画や決定を行うことについて話します。継続形 ( thinking of/about ) と動詞の ing 形で使用できます。
