At all は「どのような方法でも」という意味です。強調を加えるために質問と否定で使用しますが、肯定的なステートメントでは使用しません。
Do you want to swim in the sea at all ?
She was not at all frightened.
形容詞 at all 前後に使用できます。
Were you at all upset by Kevin’s behaviour?
They weren’t interested at all .

質問をより丁寧に聞こえるようにするために、質問の最後に at all をよく使用します。

質問への丁寧な返答として「 not at all 」を使うことができ Would you mind …? または Do you mind …? そして、 thank you への丁寧なフォローアップ応答として:

B:No 、 not at all ありません。
A:Do you mind if I sit here?
B:Not at all 。
A:That’s very kind of you, thank you 。
B:Not at all 。
